LearnVello uses limited first-party usage analytics only after you accept optional analytics. These records help us understand page views, app launches, navigation, and product interactions so that we can maintain and improve the website and apps. The records are stored within LearnVello's Firebase environment and are not sent to Google Analytics or advertising platforms.
Analytics does not include names, email addresses, precise location, typed communication content, speech or AAC selections, or UCAT answers. LearnVello does not intentionally store raw IP addresses in its analytics database. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical connection data in ordinary service and security logs when delivering and protecting the service.
Optional analytics records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. A necessary preference cookie remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days. When you reject optional analytics, LearnVello stops creating optional analytics events and removes its analytics visitor identifier and analytics session and campaign data from the browser.
Whether or not you accept optional analytics, LearnVello may process limited information that is reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, and administer the services you request. Firebase Authentication separately retains the email address and account metadata needed for sign-in, account recovery, entitlement and billing support, complaints, refunds, and data-rights requests. Authorised administrator access to customer-support records is logged, and those support-access audit records are scheduled for deletion after 365 days.
